What have you learnt about technologies from the process of consulting this product?

 

Camera and tripod

 

For my draft photos, I used a Nikon D3200 and an IPhone 7 camera as they are both good quality camera’s which have different setting which allow you to capture clear and natural images. As the photos from the Nikon were such good quality I decided to use these pictures for my final magazine. I used a tripod when taking the pictures as it allowed me to position the camera perfectly and get clear pictures as it was steady.

 

For a couple of my draft pictures I used an iPhone 7 camera as it has a depth affect where it blurs the background which worked well as it made the person stand out more and made the person look even more crisp.

 

Lighting

 

When taking all of my photos inside I used the lighting which was inside the studio. I used this so that my images were clear and effective. For my images taken outside I used natural light as I didn’t feel it was necessary to use a light.

 

Since making my magazine I have learnt about the importance of the quality of images and through learning about camera’s and lighting I know what has to be done to achieve good quality images.
